Choose the finish

Futuristic Series — anodized silver and space gray, for high-tech setups.

Our first project

Air, cultivated. Not filtered.

A modular desktop column of living microalgae, engineered into high-end interior architecture — where clean air is grown, not manufactured.

The vision

A living alternative to clinical plastic.

Most air purifiers are sealed boxes of plastic and disposable filters — hidden appliances, replaced and thrown away. Vytrion's column holds a living culture of microalgae that draws in air, breathes with it, and grows in front of you.

No cartridges to reorder, no clinical hum to hide behind a cabinet door. Just biology, light, and hand-finished glass — engineered to belong on a desk, a shelf, or a console table, not tucked into a corner.

How it works

Biology doing the work.

  1. 01

    Air in

The silent micro-pump draws room air into the column and releases it as fine bubbles through the culture.

  2. 02

    Light and photosynthesis

Under light, the microalgae take carbon dioxide from the air rising past them — the same process plants use, in a few centimetres of water.

  3. 03

    Oxygen out

Photosynthesis releases oxygen, which rises with the bubbles and returns to the room.

  4. 04

    The culture grows

The microalgae multiply in front of you. The glass is transparent by design, so the process is never hidden.

Engineering & modularity

Simple by design.

Borosilicate Glass Column
Ø70 × 240 mm — lab-grade, thermal-shock resistant
A single hand-finished glass vessel houses the living culture — transparent by design, so the process is never hidden.
Silent Micro-Air Pump
< 24 dB — continuous circulation
A precision micro-pump keeps air moving through the culture around the clock, quiet enough for a desk or a bedside table.
USB-C Modular Base
5V USB-C — stackable, swappable finishes
One universal base powers every finish in the collection — swap materials without ever touching the electronics.

Where it belongs

Made to be seen, not hidden in a corner.

  • On a desk

Quiet enough to sit beside a keyboard.

  • Beside the bed

No clinical hum, no blinking appliance.

  • Living rooms and studies

The Rustic Series, in oak and walnut.

  • Studios and labs

The Futuristic Series, in silver and space gray.

Why microalgae

The smallest plants do the most work.

Like plants, microalgae turn light and carbon dioxide into biomass and oxygen. Unlike plants, they need no soil — only water, light and air.

No soil, no farmland
Microalgae live suspended in water, so they can be grown in closed glass vessels instead of fields.
Fast-growing by nature
They are among the fastest-growing photosynthetic organisms, which makes a living culture practical in a small volume.
A platform, not a single product
Beyond air, microalgae are studied and used for food, cosmetics, bioplastics and fuels. For Vytrion, they are a starting point.

One column. Every desk. Endless air.
